Sites will operate a co-located restaurant and food hall focussed on local and regional fresh food offerings. The aim is to maximise the use of freehold assets to deliver returns to investors. Company strategy is to establish profitable operations on an initial site before acquiring further sites. |
Tom Newey joined the team in January 2008. Following a banking career in the City, he has been successfully involved with several start up enterprises including a farm shop venture in Cornwall, his homeland.
Gordon Montgomery, FCA ~ Part-time Finance Director. Gordon is
an independent consultant and has taken on the responsibility for all
financial matters in the CF&D Group. Having trained as a Chartered
Accountant with one of the ‘Big 4’ that is now part of PwC, he has spent
his subsequent career in venture capital, corporate finance and as a
company turnaround specialist, in both financial and managing director
roles.
